Petang Khamis yang redup .. eh sedap..

Hari ni abis kerja terus singgah gi pasar tani. Beli sayur, daging, ikan bla bla... paling suka beli barang kat pasar tani sebab sangat segar dan murah compare to pasaraya sebab pasaraya sangat la tak fresh barang basah dorang. Tak tau la bape hari punye stok kat tempat display tu kan.. balik rumah simpan 2 hari suda lembik/ busuk.

Selain barang2 kampung palinggggg yang menggiuurrkan tekak ialah makanan2 yang dijual. hari ni tatau la nafsu makan dinasour mana yang meresap dalam jiwa memborong makanan seperti duduk dengan sebuah famili padahal duk sensorang je... kenkadang abang sulong ada balik sekejap2.

Sebab tadi pun tak lunch sebab bajet attend meeting petang ni kat luar for sure dorang ade sediakan jamuan as usual. Unfortunately, my hipotesis was wrong. There's nothing on table 

 :( 

So bile masuk pasar nampak makanan sume mau beli. Haihhh nafsu~ nafsu~

Jadi ini lah makan malam saye untuk malam ini  :)

Dari dapur

Hi guys!

Hari tu balik dari kampung ma ade bekalkan kambeng... Biase la mak2 kite nih kan slagi but kete tak penuh slagi itu nak penuhkan dengan macam2. Kalau bole semua makanan yang ade kat kampung disuruh bawa balik. Tapi takpe, i like ! Sebab nanti da tak payah gi supermarket. 

Anak yang bagus. 

Kambing mentah..wahh~ masa dapat macam2 bende dalam otak berlampu2... sup kambing! (slurpp~ teringat makan sup kambing dengan roti benggala kat Penang. Fuyyoh! telan ayaq liuq sat naa), kari kambing ! (sedap jugak. cecah dengan roti canai ka,paratha ka,lempeng pun sempoi).. lamb chop ! Tak pernah cube, kene cube nih !

So untuk diner malam ni... tarra~~~

Untuk marinate daging ini main letak je nak rase ape.. ade jintan manis, black pepper, bawang merah, bawang putih, limau kasturi, garam, gule .. Sebenarnye kalau nk letak garam sahaja pun ok, but depends pade kite klau ade bahan2 herba yang lebih bole la letak..tak de sape nak marah.

Untuk buat gravy pun ikut rase sendiri mau letak ape.... haha ! (ini sume resepi syok sendiri)... tumis bawang dengan butter,then letak sos cili, sos tiram, kicap (sikit je.untuk warna gelap), black pepper, bahan perase. tu je kot. haha! eh, dan kalu nak bagi gravy tu pekat tepung gandum adalah rahsianya.. jangan lupe bancuh air dengan tepung yea sayang.

Last..baked potato yg paling simple.. sapu minyak dan tabur sedikit garam. bakaq !

Oh ye.. garnishing di atas tu sebab nak bagi abiskan stok, bronkoli n sweet corn .

Mom's steamer are quite big so I decided to using a pot instead of steamer.

Heh heh..

condensed milk + butter + salt + sugar = corn in cup ..

Cinta mereka seperti telah di rakam di dalam lagu Najwa Latif  'Cinta Muka Buku' . Cute kan? Perkenalan singkat di FB telah membuahkan hasil ----> marriage ! ok now rasa nak nyanyi lagu Bruno Mars plak. Haha..

Hari jumaat yang penuh rahmat ni release pula cerita mengenai newly wed nih. Walaupun tak berapa nak new but less than a year can considerly as a newly wed juga lah. Berita di kolum 'Ratu' Berita Harian ini di update sendiri oleh tuan badan, Takky di FB. Memandangkan hari ni bik offday so in the same time memang tak selak paper langsung. Sebabnye dah terbiasa baca paper secara percuma di office. meoww~ TETAPI dengan kecanggihan teknologi sekarang all the info we can get in a second. Semua di hujung jari kan..cun!

Tips pilih kasut yang sesuai.

Membeli kasut adalah 1 keperluan asas dalam kehidupan seharian. Terdapat beberapa perkara yang perlu diambil kira semasa kita membeli sepasang kasut, antaranya ;

1) Saiz

- Sesetengah wanita seperti saya yang muat memakai kasut antara saiz 5 (36) & 6 (38) sebenarnya bersaiz 5+. Jadi memang mustahil untuk pengilang mengeluarkan kasut bersaiz 5+ (kat oversea adakah??). Jadi kebiasaannya saya akan mengambil masa yang lama untuk menentukan kasut bersaiz mana yang akan dibeli. Sometimes 5, sometimes 6.I am sick >< 

2) Jenis 

- Kasut wanita ni ada pelbagai jenis. Antaranya stilettos, wedge, sneaker, sandal, pumps, flats & much more. Hanya perempuan saja yang tau. Ehem~~

3) Penggunaan

- For my personal point of view, every ladies should have at least 1 pair of shoes with 1 occasion. Yaa for sport, dinner, recreation, beach, office etc which represent for different kind of uses. At least 5 ! (we are so unique & worthy you know. Ouucch, heee)

4) Psikologi

- Never ever buy a  shoes when you are not in the mood. Tak kisah la masa tu emosi tak stabil lepas gaduh dengan guard dekat tempat kerja ke, sedih sebab hilang mugs kesayangan kat opis ke, si Dia tak jawab called anda atau saja-saja nak isi masa lapang kat mall sebab jalan sensorang. Takdo makno ea..

Sekiranya anda mengabaikan faktor- faktor di atas maka kepuasan membeli anda akan berada pada skala yang rendah dan kebarangkalian untuk anda menjualnya semula agak tinggi. Seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh saya di FB. Syukur, ada buyer yang sudi membeli :))

This is my 1st time bought a Carlo Rino shoes. Unfortunately, the size does not fix with me after walks a few miles in a mall. Btw, you are too cute to let it go :((

* oh, by the way.. ini lagi 1 tips yang penting saya terdengar di WHI iaitu pilih/ cuba kasut semasa waktu petang dan bukannya pagi. Ini kerana pada waktu petang kaki kita selalunya telah mengembang setelah melakukan pelbagai kerja. Good tips!

I cooked chicken curry.

Sebenarnye teringin nak makan nasi kandar..tapi mana mungkin dong! KL-Penang. Tengah malam baru sampai kot. So balik dari opis tadi terus buka fridge ahaa!! ada bahan so bole la masak ala2 nasi kandar. Tapi yang versi ini bkn original nasi kandar la sebab cume masak 1 jenis kari sahaje, kari ayam. (Rindu kari kambing!!) Sampingannya, sayur bendi yang dicelur dan tempe goreng. Hahaa..da macam lauk nasi padang plak. 

The old adage always say that what you eat is what you are. So make sure you give a good nutritious to you body. For me what is more important to maintain my body by monitoring what im going to consume. Keep up with healthy life style such as swimming, trekking, hiking and other outdoor activities that make me sweaty.

So that i won't feel guilty of any meals that i enjoyed. It's  about how you maintain your health through your daily routine.

Penang again~

Looooonnggg journey,driving from KL to Penang around 5 hours and d other day go back by car to KL again. I got some stuff to do there. So, for this time around my level of appetite was high. I missed to taste some of tasty foods there, so i wont let my short trip leave without taste them.

For the 1st day i arrived, friend brought me to a place where they serve hot fried bawal. Mmg terangkat habes! they serve with gulai... ok,now i confius whether it curry or asam pedas ;p . Looks like curry but it taste a bit like asam pedas kot.haha! 2 sauces are ketchup and sambal belacan together with ulam.

I forgot to snap the pic because im too hungry and too fast to fill my stomach but the food set is similar like the pic where i found in google. Big thanx to Mr.google!

On the 2nd day in Penang, before leave we heading to Sungai Dua looking for Mee Udang. Pergh theres a lot of shop serves char kuew tiow, ikan bawal goreng panas and mee udang.

Mee udang in a big bowl (normally we use this bowl to serve rice at home. i am honest.truly.).

My first try to taste sotong kangkung. The gravy is like rojak buah sauce but not so thick.

Order untuk sorang makan..macam untuk 3 orang.

 Daun kaduk buat kerepek?

Beli buat makan dalam kete.

Jeruk ni souvenior paling wajib beli klu gi penang.

My half day work.

Im on my work and prepared an event for our department tomorrow. This is my first time in office after hvg a good vacation at Penang 4 days ago. I still smell the Penang air for a while. Gedik jap ;) .Everybody are waiting for my appearance. Sorry guys! im late.hoho,sape suh panggil org cuti. Ya,im off today. But as a commitment staff i spend some time and leave my bed pants for u guys!! Yaa for u! No, no..im not goin to gave off my pants. Misunderstood.

In the other hand, my exclassmate aka my bestiest just text me a day before for my asisstant. He need to see his parents before they leaved Malaysia. They are goin for umrah. He stuck in heavy jam n bla2 ... Ok no need any explaination. 

Now this is the pass go run to the satelite building now !!! 

Hurry~ they will close the gate any minute. 

He ran like a crazy chicken to the gate before it too late. Im wearing a high heels so im to cool to walk like a catwalk girl instead of crazy chicken. Haha !! Thanx God. sempat. Ok now i felt like a superwoman plak cos dapat selamatkan seorang anak dari menjadi si Tanggang ;p

On our way back from satelite building to terminal Klia i snap this kind of face. Ehek! He said he still bear what his parents thought and advice him. Good man! Mode : sentimental. If u ask me is he really serious man? No, he is quite hillarious and cool guy to get along with. Anggap die insaf sekejap ;p He was in my entry before here.

 Celebrated his belated birthday at mc D in KLIA . Sweet 24 !! Moga panjang Umur & murah rezeki :)
