Dinner post.


What are u having for dinner tonight? 
I cooked chicken curry.





Sebenarnye teringin nak makan nasi kandar..tapi mana mungkin dong! KL-Penang. Tengah malam baru sampai kot. So balik dari opis tadi terus buka fridge ahaa!! ada bahan so bole la masak ala2 nasi kandar. Tapi yang versi ini bkn original nasi kandar la sebab cume masak 1 jenis kari sahaje, kari ayam. (Rindu kari kambing!!) Sampingannya, sayur bendi yang dicelur dan tempe goreng. Hahaa..da macam lauk nasi padang plak. 

The old adage always say that what you eat is what you are. So make sure you give a good nutritious to you body. For me what is more important to maintain my body by monitoring what im going to consume. Keep up with healthy life style such as swimming, trekking, hiking and other outdoor activities that make me sweaty.

So that i won't feel guilty of any meals that i enjoyed. It's  about how you maintain your health through your daily routine.
